Getting the software sent to you for free is simple. Just fill

Yes you can. This site uses PayPal as our secure payment processor,
and using a credit card with PayPal is very simple. You can
use a credit card with an established PayPal account and if
you don't have a PayPal account you'll still have the option
of using a credit card for your purchase.

Using an e-check is no problem at all. As explained above,
we use PayPal as our secure payment processor and you can use

If you did not receive your product download information by
email, we apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately some
of the largest and most popular internet service providers aggressively
filter all email and the message that was intended for you may
have gotten caught up in bulk mail or spam filters. This is
most common with ISP's like AOL, Comcast, AT&T, BellSouth
and others.

When I right-click the link to the product file on the download
page it says "I'm sorry - we were forced to disable this function
on our download pages!"

A simple single left-click will automatically initiate the
software product file download.
|

Everytime I click the software file that I downloaded, it starts
the "Install Program" over again. Why?
|
|
A:
|
With your software purchase you would have downloaded an executable
(.exe) installation file. This .exe file is a "one-time-use"
installer similar to a zip files except that it's a self-executing
/ self-extracting mini-program that does the following 3 things:
- Unwraps all of the product files
- Creates a directory on your computer where the files are
stored
- Creates a desktop shortcut icon to the main program file
After the initial installation, there's no need to use this particular
file again. Look for a new shortcut icon on your computer's "desktop"
with a name related to the product that you purchased. Click this
shortcut to start the software.
